Margaret Bevill, age 88 passed away Wednesday September 23, 2015 at Paris Healthcare and Rehab in Paris, TN. Graveside service 2:30PM Sunday September 27, 2015 at Maplewood Cemetery with Gary Collier officiating. Visitation 11:00 - 2:00PM Sunday at McEvoy Funeral Home. She was born February 5, 1927 in Paris, TN to the late Chester C. and Ruby McClure Bevill. Survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins. Preceded by sisters: Eva Bevill, Verleen Bomar, Christine Dunlap, Mary Jane Shankle, Norma Griggs and one preceded at birth; brothers: Herbert Bevill, Rupert Bevill, Robert Bevill and Chester Givins (raised in her home as a brother) preceded in 1977. Margaret attended Baptist and Methodist Churches. She retired from the United States Army as a Master Sergeant and also from Holley Carburetor Plant in Paris. She was a personal private caregiver.
