Funeral service for Mrs. McMillen will be at 10:00 AM Saturday at the First United Methodist Church, Dr. Robert D. Martin, Church Pastor and Bob Valentine will officiate, burial will follow at Maplewood Cemetery.
Visitation will be Friday 4:00 - 7:00 at First United Methodist Church and after 9:00 AM Saturday at the Church.
Born December 31, 1925 in Bowling Green, Ky to the late Granville and Dorothy Sensing Berry. On December 4, 1944 she married Charles A. McMillen, he survives in Paris, TN.
Survived by daughters: Meg (Larry) Corrow, Carlyle, IL, Jan Dixon, Kennebunk, ME, son: Michael McMillen, Houston, TX; sisters: Janice Grey, Jacksonville, FL, Patricia Taylor, Paris, TN; granchildren: Jesse McMillen, Allyson McMillen, Larua Lippay, Stephen Lippay, Jarrett Corrow, Ethan Corrow, Darcy Kuenzel, Rodney Dixon, Jr., Mason Dixon, ten great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
She was a member of the First United Methodist Church. A 1981 graduate of University of Texas at San Antonio, as a Registered Nurse and worked hundreds of hours in volunteer work at hospitals in a number of states. She also volunteered for many years in the Paris W.G. Rhea Library, working especially in the book sales program, an avid gardener, bridge player, member of the Book Club and the Red Hat Society.
