Mrs. Reeves formerly of Dunlap Street, Paris, passed away Sunday at the Paris Health Care and Rehabilitation Center at the age of 102. Services will be Tuesday 1:00 P.M. McEvoy Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Maplewood Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 10:00 A.M. until service time. She was married to John Reeves June 2, 1928, preceded 1964. She is survived by her daughter Marjorie Reeves Redmon, Paris, TN, Grandchildren; Joan (Bob) Rial, Kay (Vince) Emerson, Great-Grandchildren; Kelsey Lou, Hannah Margaret, Paul Redmon Emerson, Daniel Thomas and Rebecca Jo Rial, Nieces Anne Blanton Crosswy and Becky Blanton Bugbee. Preceded by her parents John William and Luda Easley Blanton, three brothers; Horace ,Graham and Fred Blanton. She was a member of the First Untied Methodist Church, former school teacher in the Delno Community, 1924 Graduate of Ky Wesleyan College formerly of Winchester, KY, and worked with the Union Insurance Company for many years.
