Mariellen Miller Weme, age 75, of Springville, Tennessee passed away Wednesday, September 24, 2025 at Patriot Healthcare and Rehab of Paris. Her body is to be cremated and a celebration of life will  be planned for a later date.

Mariellen Phyllis Miller Weme was born July 6, 1950 in Bloomington, Minnesota to the late Robert A. Miller and the late Bette Mae Hedtke Miller. She married Richard Alvin Weme on November 10, 1979 and he preceded her in death on March 6, 2016. Mariellen is survived by her daughters, Kimberly (Alan) Peterson, Jennifer (James) Gernander, and Rachael (Gerald) Nelms; son, Paul (Leah) Weme; grandchildren, Jordan Weme, Samuel Weme, Ema Gernander, Reese Gernander, Joe Nelms, Jackson Gernander, Benjamin Weme, Tatum Nelms, Claire Weme, Alex Watt, and Mia Watt; great-grandchild, Skylar Xavier; sister, Robbyn (Doug) Starnes; and brothers, Tom (Judy) Miller and John (Joan) Miller. Besides her parents and husband, Ms. Weme is also preceded in death by her brother, Larry Miller.

Mariellen worked as a loan manager and bookkeeper at First Bank and also worked at Walmart. In her later years, she was a loving Nanny to a number of children. She leaves behind a family that truly loves her and thought she was the best mom and Nana ever.
