On September 24, 1943 she married Charles Edward Pierce, he preceded December 6, 2006, together they founded Paris Building Supply. Survived by a daughter: Charlotte Pierce Garcia, Paris, TN; grandsons: Joseph Garcia, Nashville, TN, Joshua Garcia, Paris, TN; great grandchildren: Cloe Garcia and Taxanah Garcia. Preceded by a grandson: Jason Garcia, September 14, 1993. Mrs. Pierce graduated from Springville High School shortly after turning 17 years old as Salutatorian.
