Funeral Services for Mr. Steffes will be Sunday 3:30 P.M. McEvoy Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery, visitation will be 2:00 until 6:00 Saturday and after 1:00 Sunday.
He is survived by his wife Martha Burton Steffes, sisters; Peggy (Randall) Prince, Lynn Steffes, Mother-in-law Marilee (Chuck) Bullock, sister in law Jan(Phil) Hamilton, brother-in-law Bob (Susan) Burton, Nieces and nephews; Kyle Prince, Adam Prince, Liz Burton, Dan Burton, Casey Blevins, Tracy Hamilton and Rachel Hamilton, great niece Hailey Prince,aunts Mary Alice Campbell, Bobbie Paschall and Verena Steffes, uncle Ed Tayloe, family pet Buff, preceded by his parents Vic and Margaret Conley Steffes, father-in-law John Burton.
He was a member of the Holy Cross Catholic Church, 1970 graduate of Henry County High School, attended UT Martin, member of the Elks Lodge of Paris and was employed with Institutional Case Work, Inc as a supervisor over Paint and Finish Department.
