Marlene Zimmerman, Age 82 of Paris, TN passed away Friday, March 25, 2022, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital. Her body is to be cremated and a private family service will be held at a later date. Marlene Zimmerman was born September 29, 1939, in Terre Haute, IN to the late General Levi Taylor and the late Martha Markwell Taylor. On August 11, 1961, she married George Robert Zimmerman and he preceded her in death on June 26, 2009. Mrs. Zimmerman is survived by a son, William (Kristie) Zimmerman of Springville, TN; two grandchildren: Amy (Jesse) Coger and Michael (Heather) Parker; four great-grandchildren: Zayden, Chase, Brett, and Keirstyn; and one brother, Billy Vaughn. Besides her parents and husband, Marlene was also preceded in death by a son, Terrence Lee Belton on November 6, 1960.
