Marta Mount Smith, age 87 of Paris, TN passed away Wednesday, November 24, 2021, at Henry County Healthcare Center. Her memorial service will be scheduled at a later date with burial at Big Creek Cemetery in Millington, TN. Marta Mount Smith was born October 25, 1934, in Rivera, CA to the late Felipe Jauregui and the late Francisca Vaucr Jauregui. She was married to John Mount who preceded her in death in 1993. Marta is survived by two daughters: Martie (Grover) Crutchfield of Texas and Johnna (Michael) Work of Paris, TN; four grandchildren: Joe Hoofman, Chris (Christy) Crutchfield, Michael Crutchfield, and Zack Mount; and six great-grandchildren. Marta loved gardening and she loved her cats.
