Funeral Service for Jane will be Saturday 11:00 A.M. December 12, 2009 at McEvoy Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery, visitation 4:00 until 8:00 Friday and after 10:00 Saturday. She is survived by her husband of 40 years Harold Bass, Jr., sons; Mark (Wendy) Bass, Paris, TN, Justin Bass, Paris, TN, grandchildren; Norah and Mollie Bass, Paris, TN, sisters;Carolyn (Jimmie) Shankle, Brenda (Raymond) Wagner Jr.and Peggy Hicks Spring Hill, TN brothers; James (Wilma) Bomar, Gerald (Carol) Bomar, Randy Bomar, Father and Mother in Law; Harold and Ozane Bass, Sr., sisters-in-law; Valerie Bomar, Melody (Randy) Long, brothers-in-law; Andy (Joyce) Bass, Bobby (Jamie) Bass, Nolan Hicks preceded. nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, aunts, uncles and a number of cousins, preceded by parents; Curtis and Jewel Norwood Bomar, brother; Leroy "Lee" Bomar-December 8, 2009. Jane was a Baptist. She graduated in 1965 from Springville High School, graduated from UT Martin in Education, taught school at Henry County High School for a time, Partner and Broker with her husband Harold at Bass Realty. She loved her grandhchildren, flowers and gardening.
