Funeral service 11:00AM Friday at McEvoy Funeral Home with Bro. Jimmy Allison officiating, burial will follow at Shady Grove Cemetery. He married Christi Thurmond Hartsfield on January 30, 1990, she survives in Paris. Survived by his mother: Sue (Rex) Carter, Paris; father: Don Hartsfield, Nashville; daughter: Brandi (Jack) Swaby, Fort Benning, GA; son: Jordan Hartsfield, Paris; grandchild: Madelyn Swaby; father and mother-in-law: Larry and Ann Thurmond, Paris. Preceded by maternal grandparents: J.T. and Winona Steele and paternal grandparents: Pete and Sue Hartsfield. Mike worked for Three Rivers Trucking for over 15 years. He enjoyed working on old cars.
