Survived by his wife: Debra Stevens Hubka, Dover, TN; sons: Michael (Grace) Hubka, Dover, Christopher (Tiffany) Hubka, Rockford, IL; father: Lloyd Hubka, Beloit, WI; sisters: Lori (Jim) McCormick, Big Sandy, TN; brothers: Gary (Claudia) Hubka, Big Sandy, Joel Hubka, Big Sandy; grandchildren: Caiden Hubka, Gage Hubka and Nathan Hubka; brother-in-law: Steve (Marsilla) Stevens, Columbia and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Preceded by his mother: Irene Haas Hubka. Michael was a history buff and an avid memorabilia collector.
