Funeral service 2:00PM Wednesday at McEvoy Funeral Home with Dr. Rob Martin of First United Methodist Church officiating, burial will follow at Maplewood Cemetery. Rotary Club members and the Staff of McEvoy Funeral Home will serve as pallbearers. Visitation 12:00PM Wednesday until time of service. She was born in Cottage Grove, TN to the late Robert and Sallie Ballard Doughty. On September 30, 1972 she married Joe H. Jones, he survives in Paris. Survived by two step-daughters: Linda (Ralph) Goff, Mobile, AL, Cassandra Ewing, Mobile, AL; step-son: Anthony (Amy) Dallmann-Jones, Fond du Lac, WI and a special care giver: Betty Sue Anderson. Preceded by four sisters: Mattie Hunt Hayes, Wilma Treadway, Joanna Highfill and Rachel Davis and two brothers: Sam and Robert Doughty. Mrs. Jones was a member of the First United Methodist Church.
