Millard Smith Jr., age 74, of Spingville, TN, died at his residence on Wednesday, March 3, 2010. A memorial service will be held Saturday, March 6,2010 at McEvoy Funeral Home Chapel at 11:00 A.M. Visitation will be held from 10:00 A.M. until service time. His wife, Darilene Hooper Smith survives. They were married on December 3, 1976. He is also survived by daughters, Donna (Sam) Chriswell, Hopkinsville, KY, and Carol ( Darrell) Klidies, South Fulton, Ky, sons, Randy ( Stacy) Smith, Greenfield, TN, Chad ( Melissa ) Stafford, Bentonville, AR, Travis Stafford, Dyersburg, TN, sisters, Dorothy Carnes, MI, Lucille ( Lewis) Johnson, Hickman, KY, Marie ( Robert) Goodman, Union City, TN, brothers, William ( Alma ) Smith, Union City, TN, Ed ( Martha) Smith, Springville, TN, Jack ( Linda) Smith, TN, six grandchildren, Lacy Farmer, Garret ( Delana) Smith, Grant Smith, Devin Smith, Heath Smith, Elizabeth Smith, one great grandchild, Keagan Farmer. He is preceded by a son David Smith.
