Funeral service 2:00PM Thursday at McEvoy Funeral Home with Bro. Noah Taylor officiating, burial will follow at Walker Cemetery. Named as pallbearers are Randy Dowdy and Masen Barker. Visitation 4:00 - 8:00PM Wednesday and after 11:00AM Thursday. She was born in Henry County to the late Oscar Todd "Shorty" and Lucille Taylor Bratton. On December 26, 1956 she married Milton "Pete" Blythe, he preceded January 18, 2006. Survived by a daughter: Charlotte (Joe) Owen, Cottage Grove; son: Dale (Elisabeth) Blythe, Paris; sister: Emma Lou Jernigan, MI; grandchildren: Faith Roberts, Cameron Roberts, Megan Cole, Eliana Owen; great-grandchild: Aubrey Cole; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends. Preceded by a brother in infancy. Nancy was an active member of the Cottage Grove Baptist Church. She was the valedictorian of her graduating class, an avid gardener and a wonderful cook.
