Neal Billings age 54 of Paris, formerly of Covington, TN, passed away Friday, March 13, 2020 at Henry County Medical Center. His memorial service will be at 2:00 PM Wednesday, March 18, 2020 at Harmony Missionary Baptist Church, Hwy 641 North, Camden, TN 38350 with Bro. Bob Myers officiating. Visitation will be after 1:00 PM Wednesday prior to the service. Neal Billings was born October 25, 1965 in Memphis, Tennessee to Harry A. (Patsy) Billings of Covington, TN and Ann C. Brasfield of Covington, TN. On February 11, 1989 he married Kathy Billings and she survives in Paris, TN. Mr. Billings is also survived by his daughter, Amy (Anthony) Jones of Ashland City, TN; three grandchildren: Justen, LillyAnn, and Merida Jones; brother, Kevin (Linda) Billings of Mansfield, TN; two brothers-in-law: Walter Mann of Paris and Brian (Cristy) Mann of Lakeland, TN; and his father-in-law, Clifford (Bernadette) Mann of Paris. Mr. Billings was an avid fisherman who loved the outdoors. He received his Eagle Scout in 1982. Most of all he loved his grandchildren.
