Funeral service for Mrs. Nevels will be 11:00 A.M. Thursday October 15th McEvoy Chapel with burial to follow at Maplewood Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday 4:00 until 8:00 and after 10:00 Thursday. She is survived by daughters; Judy C. Wojno, Paris, TN, Janis Sutherlin, Slidell, LA, son; Rusty (Kathy) Nevels, Decatur, AL, grandchildren; John Robert Nevels, Peter Halbrook Nevels, Lynn Priscilla Nevels, Sarah Caitlin Gonlag, Marcy harrison, Sandie Marchese, great-grandchildren; Jennifer Scheller, Chris Horsemann, Katie Jean Marchese, BrieAnna Harrison. Preceded by her husband; Robert "Bob" Nevels, parents; John Raymond and Gladys Irene McNutt Willoughby. Jean was a member of First Baptist Church of Paris and a homemaker. Her and her husband moved back to Paris in 1989 from the Gulf Coast.
