Norma Elizabeth Thompson

Norma Elizabeth Warren Thompson, age 80, Mobile, AL, formerly of Weakley County, TN, died in Mobile on Saturday, August 28, 2010. Her funeral will be conducted at McEvoy Funeral Home at 2:00 PM Thursday with burial to follow in Clinton, KY. Visitation will be from 4:00 - 8:00 PM Wednesday and after 1:00 PM Thursday at McEvoy's. Her parents, Lester and Inez Scott Warren, and her husband, Verne Thompson are preceded. She is survived by daughter, Carol Dunn, Paris, TN, sons, Gary (Nancy) Dunn, Paris, TN, Barry (Barbara) Dunn, Newark, DE and Randall Dunn, Gainesville, FL. She is preceded by sisters, Mary Arnold, Doris Warden, and Janie Gallimore, brothers, Robert Warren and Charlie Mayo Warren. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. She was a member of First Baptist Church Tillman Corner, Mobile, AL. Memorials may be made to Maplewood Baptist Church Building Fund or to the Gideons International.
