Mr. Odell Teague age 66 of Memphis, TN formerly of Paris passed away Friday January 13, 2017 at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville, TN. Funeral service 1:00PM Saturday January 21, 2017 at McEvoy Funeral Home with Bro. Thomas Teague of Evergreen Baptist Church, Springville, TN officiating, burial will follow at New Hope Cemetery in Mansfield, TN. Named as pallbearers are Darrell Teague, David Teague, John Teague, Calous McCutcheon, Dale L. Teague and James Armstrong. Visitation 11:00AM Saturday until service time at 1:00PM. He was born December 1, 1950 in Paris, TN to the late Rodger Teague, preceded 1982 and Alma L. Teague, preceded 2007. Survived by daughters: Melissa Ann Teague, St. Louis, Mo, Shavonda Nicole (Anthony) Teague, Kapatheual Necole Dave, Tomorrow Hopkins, Brittany Hopkins, Shavonnda Mcilwain all of Knoxville, TN; sons: Odell Lamont (LaSonya) Teague, Dallas, TX, Enricco (MeMe Shegne) Teague, Columbus, OH, Odell Teague, Jr., McKenzie, TN; sisters: Peggy Teague-Anderson, Memphis, TN, Brenda (Michael) Haynes, Memphis, TN, Violet Gray, Lithonia, GA; brothers: Thomas Ray (Peggy) Teague, Sr., Springville, TN, Howard Teague, Memphis, TN, Joe Lewis Teague, McKenzie, TN, Richard Teague, New Jersey, Dale Teague, Paris, TN, Gary (Katrina) Teague, Paris, TN; a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and special friends. He collected and loved to wear many hats and tennis shoes. He enjoyed most of all his profession of working and landscaping yards. Repass will be held following burial at the Lafayette Room of Paris Inn and Suites, 1297 E. Wood Street, Paris, Tennessee.
