Paula Lynn Hill was born March 24, 1956, in Portales, New Mexico to the late Walter Jasper Hill and the late Lucille Terry Hill. She is survived by her son, Michael Hill, and his wife Elizabeth of Catonsville, Maryland; and by grandchildren, Gabrielle Hill, Sarah Hill, and Dylan Toth.
