Funeral service 10:00AM Monday at the First United Methodist Church with Dr. Robert Martin officiating, burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery. Serving as Pallbearers for Mrs. Lemons will be Bryan Reddick, Dustin Hudson, and Ben, Will, Jonathan, Jacob and Joshua Parrish.
Visitation 4:00 -8:00PM Sunday at McEvoy Funeral Home and after 9:00AM Monday at First United Methodist Church.
She was born in Murray, KY to the late Herman Edward and Elizabeth Hurt Parrish. On August 20, 1966 she married Sam Lemons, he survives in Springville, TN.
Survived by a son Patrick (Brandi) Lemons, Dyersburg; brothers: Glenn (Lilabeth) Parrish, Knoxville, Mark (Tanya) Parrish, Kingston Springs; grandchildren: Elizabeth and Thomas Lemons.
Pris was a longtime member of the First United Methodist Church in Paris where she had also served as a former Trustee. She served on the Board of Directors of Plus Endowment, was Human Resources Manager at Plumley Rubber, Dana Corp. and was a former school teacher in Knoxville, TN and Sledge, MS. Pris was also a former board member of Helping Hands.
