Funeral service 11:00AM Thursday at McEvoy Funeral Home with Bro. Lynn King officiating, burial will follow at Memorial Cemetery. Named as pallbearers are Eldon Wimberly, Mike Wimberly, Gary Wimberly, Mike Garner, Kenny Potts, Tim Scruggs and honorary pallbearer Jack Sparks, Jr. Visitation 4:00 - 8:00PM Wednesday and after 10:00AM Thursday. He married Patricia Wimberly Parker on July 12, 1968, she survives in Paris. Also survived by his mother: Shellie Boyd Parker, Paris; son: James Randall Parker, Union City and a grandson: Justin Conner Parker. Preceded by his father: Julian V. Parker. Ralph was member of Maplewood Baptist Church. He was a Lab-Technician at Henry County Medical Center for over 30 years.
