Funeral service 2:00PM Saturday at McEvoy Funeral Home with his nephew: Stan Williams-First Baptist Church of Cannonsburg Ashland, KY officiating, burial will follow at Rogers Cemetery. Visitation 3:00 - 7:00PM Friday and after 12:00Noon Saturday. He was born in Calloway County, KY to the late Bob and Alma Ferguson Williams. On April 27, 1973 he married Gwelda Rogers Williams, she survives in Puryear. Survived by daughters: Pam (Cris) Wolschon, Crossville, TN, Kim (Dave) Stevenson, Buchanan, Leisa (Lee) Whitehead, Puryear; sons: Ralph L. (Shelia) Williams, MI, Buron "Scooter" Williams, Buchanan; step-sons: Keith Williams, Puryear, Van (Diana) Williams, Springville; sisters: Ruby (Roger) Hillenburg, Indianapolis, IN, Gail Asbury, Hazel Park, MI; brothers: Lavergne (Shirley) Williams, Hazel Park, MI, Billy (Diane) Williams, MT, Rupert (Charla) Williams, Hazel, KY, twelve grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. Preceded by three brothers: Warren, Phil and Jesse Williams. Mr. Williams previously worked at Celotex, transported campers and was a tobacco farmer. He enjoyed woodworking, NASCAR and Kentucky Wildcats Basketball.
