Randy Whitehead, age 62 of Paris, TN passed away Saturday, July 2, 2022, at Henry County Medical Center. His funeral service will be at 11:00 AM Wednesday, July 6, 2022, at McEvoy Funeral Home with Craig Peevyhouse officiating. Burial will follow in Puryear City Cemetery. Visitation will be at McEvoy Funeral Home from 4:00-7:00 PM Tuesday, July 5, and after 10:00 AM Wednesday, July 6. Randy Whitehead was born February 20, 1960, in Paris, TN to the late Bobby Joe Whitehead and the late Sarah Elizabeth Seymore Brannon. On October 8, 2009, he married Lisa Compton Whitehead and she survives in Paris, TN. Randy was a member of Maplewood Baptist Church. He worked for Kenlake Foods in Murray, KY, and formerly delivered bread for Flowers Bakery. He really enjoyed spending time with his friends at "The Property". In addition to his wife, Randy is also survived by his daughters: Megan (Kenny) Higashimura of Terra Haute, IN, Randi Michelle Whitehead of Paris, TN, Jessica Sutton of Paris, TN, and Jaime Sutton of Nashville, TN; sons: Matt Whitehead, Josh (Gloria) Sutton, and Joseph Sutton all of Paris, TN; and two grandchildren: Clayton Osborn and Stella Hart. Pallbearers for Mr. Whitehead will be Devin Stone, Greg Tucker, Tony Bowers, Art Sinclair, Lane Gamlin, and Jimmy Lipford.
