Renae Hudson Watkins, age 55, of Paris, Tennessee passed away Thursday, October 14, 2021 at Alive Hospice of Nashville. Her memorial "Celebration of Life" will be 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at McEvoy Funeral Home with Wilbur Farmer to officiate. Named as honorary pallbearers are Austin Patterson, Mark Watkins, Kacy Watkins, Keith Watkins, Cody McClain and Gary Carroll. Visitation is scheduled on Wednesday after 11:00 A.M. until time of service. Renae Hudson Watkins was born March 1, 1966 in Paris, Tennessee to the late Ronald E. Hudson and to Mary Brewer Hudson of Paris. On June 16, 1984, she married Kerry Watkins who also survives in Paris. Renae also leaves behind daughter, Brandi (Austin) Patterson of Paris; son, Will Watkins of Paris; grandson, Cole Patterson of Paris; nephew, Auston Norwood; mother-in-law, Lenore (Danny) Morrow of Paris; father-in-law, Billy (Janice) Watkins of Paris; other family members and friends. Besides her father, Renae is also preceded in death by her sister, Tracy Norwood. Ms. Watkins was a Henry County High School graduate and a Christian by faith. She was a people person who dearly loved her family and her friends.
