Rev. Hallie B. Cook,age 90, formerly of Paris, died early Monday, November 7th, in Morristown, Tennessee. His funeral service will be at 10:00 am Wednesday at McEvoy Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the Puryear City Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 - 8:00 pm Tuesday and after 9:00 am Wednesday. Rev. Warren Sykes and Dr. Joseph A. Geary will officiate. His daughter, Peggy (Jerry) McCree, formerly lived in Paris. He is locally survived by a brother, Max (Joann) Cook.
