Rick R. Rice, age 76 of Springville, TN passed away Saturday, September 11, 2021, at Henry County Medical Center. His funeral service will be at 2:00 PM Thursday, September 16, 2021, at Paris First Church of the Nazarene, with Richard Dakin of the First Church of the Nazarene where Rick was a member officiating. Burial will follow at New Concord Cemetery. Visitation will be at the church beginning at 1:00 PM Thursday before the service. Rick R. Rice was born July 26, 1945, in Columbus, Ohio to the late Ralph R. Rice and the late Dorothy Maxine Heidrich Rice. Rick was formerly married to Nancy K. Rice of Jamestown, IN and is also survived by a daughter, Melanie Rice of Jamestown, IN; brother, Randy R. Rice of Ubon Ratchathani, Thailand; aunt & uncle, Chuck & Laura Spear of Benton, KY; and several cousins and friends. Rick was a giving man who had a heart for helping others and donating his time and resources for those in need. A memorial service will be scheduled later in Jamestown, IN.
