Robert G. Bowden

Robert G. Bowden, age 81, of Paris, TN, passed away on Monday, December 18, 2010. The body is to be cremated with a family service to be conducted later this week at Maplewood Cemetery in Paris, TN. Mr. Bowden is survived by a daughter Phyllis Little of Huron, TN, step-son Searcy Mac Doss of Knoxville, TN, sister Kathleen Bowden of Paris, TN, grandchildren Brian Scott, Donna Palmer, and Samantha Torres, all of Paris, TN, Clint Doss of Knoxville, TN, Chris Little of Jackson, TN, Alicia Little Jones of Nashville, TN. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren, one of which preceded. He is preceded by his wife Doris Ann Bowden on October 24, 2009. They were married March 20, 1959. He is also preceded by his parents, Robert an Kitty Gordon Bowden, and a daughter Pamela Scott. Mr. Bowden was an Army Veteran and a member of the VFW Post 1889. He was retired from Holley Carburetor Plant.
