Robert W. Bratton, age 64 of Puryear, TN, passed away Wednesday December 14, 2016 at his residence. Memorial visitation 2:00 - 4:00PM Friday December 16, 2016 at McEvoy Funeral Home. He was born February 14, 1952 in Paris, TN to the late Aaron Wesley and Mary Armilda Salmon Bratton. On July 15, 1979 he married Janice Kay Cook Bratton, she preceded June 4, 2015. Survived by daughters: Christie Connell, Puryear, TN, Alisa (James) Causey, Paris, TN; son: Robert Aaron (Kelli) Bratton, Grandbay, AL; sister: Mary (Johnny) Green, Buchanan, TN; grandchildren: Brady Bratton, Hannah Canady, Hailey Bratton, Erin Bratton, Myles Bratton, Killian Bratton, TW Todd, Lucas Connell, James Causey, Emily Causey; brother-in-law: Joseph Cook, IV and several nieces and nephews. Preceded by a sister: Glenda Carolyn Bratton and a brother: Randall Bratton. Mr. Bratton passed away at his home after a long battle with cancer. He was employed by Plumley Rubber Co. & Dana Corp. for 32 years in the maintenance department. He loved his family, raising his chickens, and gardening. SERVICES Memorial
