Mr. Robert Lynn Callins, age 70, of Paris, Tennessee passed away on Monday, October 15, 2018 at his residence. His funeral service will be held graveside on Tuesday, October 16, 11:00 A.M. at Gearin's Chapel Cemetery in Weakley County with burial to follow. The service will be officiated by grandson, Robby Callins and family members will act as pallbearers. Robert Callins was born May 28, 1948 in Jeffersonville, Indiana to the late Fred Callins and the late Velma Charles Callins. He married Barbara Puckett Callins on January 27, 1964 and she survives in Paris. Robert is also survived by daughters: Patricia (Tim) Atkinson of Hendersonville, Tennessee and Tina (Stephen) Simmons of Byhalia, Mississippi; son: Robert (Shannon) Callins, Jr. of Martin, Tennessee; grandchildren: Candace (Kyle) Thweatt, Brandon (Mary) Baker, Jonathan Atkinson, Patrick Atkinson, Wendy Atkinson, Brooklyn Atkinson, Robby Callins, Jennifer Callins, and Alexandria Callins; nine great grandchildren; and sister: Barbara (Robert) Lenhardt of Pensacola, Florida. Mr. Callins was a Baptist by faith. He worked and retired as an IRS Enrolled Agent. He was author of Callins Capacitor Group, was former Vice President of Trans-Spectra of Greenfield, TN and was a graduate of Bethel College in McKenzie.
