Robert E. "Bubba" Dunlap, Jr., age 61 of Puryear, passed away Friday, July 16, 2021 at his residence. A private family service will be held at a later date with burial at Puryear City Cemetery. Robert E. Dunlap was born February 21, 1960 in Henry County, Tennessee to the late Robert Emmet "Buddy" Dunlap and the late Kay VanCleave Harris. On September 9, 2000 he married Diana Dunlap and she survives in Puryear, TN. In addition to his wife, Bubba is also survived by two daughters: Rachael Dunlap (fiance`Jaye Gore) of Puryear, TN and Christina (Eric) Rogers of Murray, KY; one son, Jackey (Kim) Parker of Murray, KY; six grandchildren: Harley Sypin, Patrick Sharp, Dustin Alexander, Austin Alexander, Erica Rogers and Autumn Rogers; eight great grandchildren; and two sisters: Kathy (Ken) Brewer of Paducah, KY and Karen Harris (Eddie Anderson) of Paris, TN. Besides his parents, Bubba was also preceded in death by his brother, Ricky "Box" Dunlap; and his step-father, Benny "Red" Harris.
