Robert 'Happy' L. Hartsfield

Robert L. "Happy" Hartsfield, age 90, Millington, TN, formerly of Henry County, died September 2, 2010 at his daughter's residence in Barlett, TN. His funeral will be conducted at 1:00 PM September 4th at McEvoy Funeral Home with burial to follow in Birds Creek Baptist Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12:00 - 1:00 PM on Saturday. He was married to Peggy Barnes Hartsfield, December 24,1947 and she preceded, January 17,2007. She is survived by daughter, Linda Jean (Robert) Liles, Barlett, TN, two grandchildren, two step-grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He was a WWII veteran serving 4 years in the SW Pacific. He attended old Whitlock School and graduated from Grove High School. He was a retired TVA Mgr. after 37 years. Memorials may be made to the charity of your choice.
