Robert Clay Bob Weatherly, age 81, of Paris, TN, died at his residence Saturday, January 30, 2010. His funeral service will be conducted on Wednesday, February 3, 2010 at 1:00 P.M. at the First United Methodist Church of Paris, TN. Visitation will be held at McEvoy Funeral Home on Tuesday evening from 4 until 8 P.M. and at the church on Wednesday after 11:00 A.M. until service time. He is survived by his wife of 59 years Mrs. Jamie Sue Weatherly. They were married April 1, 1950. He is also survived by a daughter Frances Fran (Michael) Jenkins, Paris, TN, son James Robert Jim Bob (Terri) Weatherly, sister-in-law Amye Sue Weatherly, San Antonio, TX, brother-in-law Charles Clement, Memphis, TN, grandchildren Clifford James Brogdon, Paris, TN, Adam Robert (Cassie Jo) Weatherly, Paris, TN, and Cassie Marie Weatherly, Springville, TN great- grandchildren Clay Michael Wimberly, Springville, TN Mr. Weatherly is preceded by sisters, Frances Pauline Polly Clement, and Olyne Haley, brothers, Elton Rushing Weatherly, and William Wayne Wearthley. A Navy Veteran Bob served 4 years on USS Taussig where he served as an electrician.
