Mr. Willoughby died Sunday, February 12th at Henry County Medical Center. His funeral will be held on Wednesday, February 15, 2006 at McEvoy Funeral Home. His burial will follow in Memorial Cemetery with Military Honors. Visitation will be 4:00 - 8:00 pm on Tuesday and after 11:00 am Wednesday.
