Rubie Melton, age 63 of Paris, TN passed away Monday, July 25, 2016 at Oak Manor Healthcare Center in McKenzie, TN. A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date. She was born November 26, 1952 in Paris, TN to the late J.W. Marrs and Donna Lee Reynolds Marrs. Survived by her former husband: Billy Melton, Paris, TN; son: Terry Melton, Paris, TN.
