Samuel "Sam" Gilson, age 35 of Paris, TN passed away Thursday, November 4, 2021, at St. Thomas West Hospital in Nashville. His celebration of life will be from 4:00-6:00 PM Thursday, November 11, 2021, at McEvoy Funeral Home, 507 W. Washington St. in Paris, TN 38242. Samuel Gilson was born April 10, 1986, in New Castle, PA to Tammy Little (Rick) Lee of Paris, TN, and the late Samuel Jack Gilson. In addition to his mother, Sam is also survived by his fiance, Kriston Scott of Paris, TN; step-son, Michael Alexander of Paris, TN; three brothers: Christopher Gilson of Pennsylvania, Phillip (Nicole) Gilson of Marysville, OH, and Jeremy Gilson of Paris, TN; his grandmother, Ida Little of Mineral Ridge, OH; and several cousins, including Alexis (Zach) VanDyke and Vivian VanDyke.
