Graveside service 11:00AM Thursday, March 20th at Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery with Bro. Bud Merwin officiating. No visitation is scheduled. She is survived by special companion: Wayne Clark, Paris; sister: Shannon Kemp, Paris; brothers: Stanley A. (Shirlene) Powell, Vale, Paul Earl (Sarah) Powell, Paris; numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded by her parents: Stanley Adam and Carol Keylor Powell. Sandra worked as Hostess at the Quality Inn of Paris. She loved to Karaoke and family members said she was spirited and full of life.
