Sandra Wills, age 63 of Paris passed away Friday, September 2, 2016 at her residence. Her body is to be cremated and a private memorial service will be held at a later date. Mrs. Wills was born on September 13, 1952 to the late Edward Siebarth and Hazel Robinson Siebarth. On July 30, 1973 she married Clifford Paul Wills. He preceded her in death on February 16, 2014. Sandra is survived by daughters: Sally (Ira) Harms of Paris, TN, Dawn (J.J.) Tibbitts of Williams Bay, WI, Kim (William) Vitkus of Beloit, WI; son: Christopher Wills of Knoxville, TN; sister: Linda (Robert) Quade of Harvard, IL; grandchildren: Zachary Olson, Courtney Wills, Jessica Iverson, Cassidy Wills, and Holden Harms. Mrs. Wills was a Christian by faith and formerly attended Bridge of Hope Church in Paris. She was an animal lover who enjoyed her dogs and cats. Sandra was a huge Willie Nelson fan having met him in person at least once.
