Sandra Vostinar Winchester, age 61 of Paris, TN passed away Saturday September 17, 2016 at her residence. Her body will be cremated and a celebration of life service will be announced later. She was born July 31, 1955 in Ferndale, MI to the late Joseph William Paulus and Martha Ann Casady. On September 4, 2000 she married Gary "Gator" Winchester, he survives, Paris, TN. Survived by a daughter: Jessica Lee Vostinar, Cottage Grove, TN; brother: Gary William (Susan) Paulus, Paris, TN; grandchildren: Ashley Lynn Bedner, Haley Amber Vostinar and several nieces and nephews. Preceded by a sister: Nancy Mae Bratton and a brother: Richard Gene Paulus. Mrs. Winchester owned and operated Sandy's Saloon in Cottage Grove, TN.
