Scott Coleman

Scott Coleman, age 56, of Paris, passed away on Saturday, September 19, 2026, at his residence. His celebration of life will be at 11:00 am Saturday, October 3rd at Paris Community of Christ Church, 1404 Lone Oak Road in Paris, with Gary Collier officiating.

Scott Coleman was born August 7, 1970, in Paris to the late Darrel Coleman and the late Sarah Lemonds Lane. He married Tammy Colley Coleman on June 16, 1996, and she survives in Paris.

Scott was a journeyman electrician whose work often took him on the road. He was a University of Tennessee Vols fan and enjoyed riding motorcycles, but above all, he cherished being a granddad.

In addition to his wife, Scott is also survived by his daughter, Ivy (Nathan) Scott of Paris; his sons: Bryce (Emily) Coleman of Paris, Hunter (Stephanie) Marrs of Charlotte, TN, and Jacobi (Aubrey) Ballard of Paris; brother, Rusty (Jennifer) Coleman of Paris; grandchildren: Gracelyn Coleman, Emory and Roman Scott, Kayden and Kayson Marrs, Mavis Ballard, Hadley and Harper Hoofman; and nephews: Justin and Tyler Coleman.
