Scottie N. Harding, age 90, Paris, TN, died November 23, 2009 at Henry County Medical Center. His funeral will be conducted at 2:00 PM Wednesday at McEvoy Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Palestine Cemetery. Visitation will be 4:00 - 8:00 PM Tuesday and after 11:00 AM Wednesday. He was the widower of Annie Mae Smith Harding who preceded in 1987 and Lucille Anderson Harding, who preeded in 2001. He is survived by daughters, Linda (Bud) Mangrum, Buchanan, TN, Judy (Ron) Mulholland, Wimauma, FL, son, Tommy Harding, Paris. He was preceded by daughter, Rosalyn Ann Harding in 1942. He is also survived by grandchildren, Paula (John) Perkins, Buchanan, TN, Tracy (Tommy) Hayes, Paris, TN, great-grandchildren, Jordan, Jamison, Jarrett and Jackson Hayes and Morgan, Melinda and Murray Perkins and special friend, Marcia Burton, Palmersville, TN. He was a life long farmer in the Palestine community and a member of Palestine United Methodist Church.
