Sharon Pierce, age 85 of Paris passed away Sunday, March 10, 2024, at AHC of McKenzie. Her celebration of life will be from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Saturday, April 13, 2024, at the youth building of Compassion Church at 2331 Lakeway Circle in Paris behind Trolingers. Sharon was born in Indiana on March 20, 1938, to the late Owen and Cecil Paschall Wilder. On December 24, 1963, she married Harold Jean Pierce who preceded her in death on September 4, 2010. She is survived by two sons: David (Karen) Pierce of Dumfries, VA, and Kelly Pierce of Paris, TN; three grandchildren: Josh (Kaylynn Lee) Pierce, Nicholas Pierce, and Tiffany (Todd) Cannon; and six great-grandchildren: Jameson Pierce, Evalyn Alesia, Aaliyah Alesia, James Alesia, Hunter Cannon, and Kirsten Pierce. Besides her parents and husband, Sharon was also preceded in death by her daughter, Deborah Jean Pierce, and her grandson, Dustin Pierce. Ms. Pierce was a dedicated wife, mother, and grandmother.
