Sherri Lynn Carvalho , age 59, passed away Wednesday, August 18, 2021. Her funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Sunday, August 22, 2021 at McEvoy Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 12:00-2:00 P.M. Sunday prior to the service. Burial will follow in Bevil Cemetery. Sherri was born August 18, 1962. She was raised in the Napa Valley area of California. She attended and graduated from Napa Valley High School. She quickly followed her passion for cosmetology and would hold and maintain her license for several years in multiple states. She enjoyed the company of friends and family. She cherished motherhood to her son Jesse and daughter Lacy above all else. Sherri was a proud grandmother to her grandson Lawson. Sherri is the daughter of Henry County natives William Allen and Hazel Claudine Frensley. She is the third great granddaughter of John Wesley and Martha (Hamilton) Crockett and the fourth great granddaughter of David "Davy" and Polly (Finley) Crockett. She was the youngest of six siblings. She is survived by her son Jesse (Brittney) Carvalho of Jackson, TN, daughter Lacy Carvalho (Colby Gambrell) of Norman, OK, and grandson Lawson Gambrell of Norman, OK. Her sisters: Ellen (Andy) Tabada of Huntingdon, TN and Joyce (Al) Santana of Rochester, WA. She has several nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly. She was also preceded in death by her parents and four brothers: Charles Frensley, James Frensley, Jeffery Frensley, and Kenneth Frensley. Active pallbearers will be Colby Gambrell, Ben Frensley, Daniel Cendejas, Erick Cendejas, Jared Frensley, and Matteo Tabada. Honorary Pallbearers will be Jerry Fowler, Robert Turner, and Tony Willoughby.
