Shirley Faye Greene

A memorial service for Mrs. Shirley Faye Greene, age 74, of Pulaski, TN will be held on Sunday, September 12, 2010 at Lynnville United Methodist Church, Lynnville, TN, at 3:00 P.M. Rev. Joy Edwards of Lynnville United Methodist Church and Rev. Steve VanHooser, Nashville, TN will officiate. Burial will take place on Saturday, September 18, 2010 at 1:00 P.M. at Memorial Cemetery in Paris, TN. Mrs. Greene was married on February 7, 1959 to Harold D. Greene who preceded her on September 28, 2000. Mrs. Greene is survived by a daughter; Rhonda (John) Warren, Hermitage, TN, son; Stephen (Tami) Greene, Pulaski, TN, brother; Aubrey Cox, Paris, TN, sister-in law; Marilla Cox, Mansfield, TN, grandchildren; McKenzie Greene, Pulaski, TN, Brad and Aubree Warren, Nashville, TN. Parents; William J. and Lillie Byrd Cox, daughter; Sandra Darleen Greene, sister; Clara Bow Neal, brothers; Jesse Cox and Tommy Cox preceded her. Mrs. Greene was a member of Lynnville United Methodist Church and had formerly worked as a bookkeeper for area stores before retiring as a receiving clerk at a grocery store.
