Steve Wheeler, age 55 of Buchanan, TN, passed away Thursday, January 25, 2024, at his residence. His Celebration of Life will be from 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM Saturday, January 27th with his Celebration of Life Service beginning at 12:00 noon at McEvoy Funeral Home. Steve was a mold change processor at Dana Corporation for many years and was a tree climber for Fite Tree Service. Steve Wheeler was born June 2, 1968, in Yokosuka, Japan to the late David Arthur Wheeler and the late Kayoko Hirahara Wheeler. On April 13, 1996, he married Wanda Fite Wheeler and she survives in Buchanan, TN. In addition to his wife, Steve is also survived by two daughters: Courtney Johnson of Buchanan and Haley (Eddie) Bryant of Paris; son, Steven Wheeler of Buchanan; four grandchildren: Reagan Bryant, Easton Farris, Axel Bryant, and Clyde Bryant; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
