She is survived by daughters: Faye Baker, Milan, TN, Sylvia Dean Valentine, Memphis, TN, Lynn Evelyn Simpson, Kingsport, TN, Carolyn Waddell, Hiltons,Virginia, Lori Henderson, Paris, TN 32 grandchildren; 77 great-grandchildren; 26 great great grandchildren. Preceded by parents: Henry Tillman "Jake" Chapman and Essie Clay Bazzell Chapman, husband: Oscar Williams, husband: Leonard Eugene Simmons; daughter: Martha Murphy, sons: Billy Simmons and Larry Simmons, sister: Mavis McCree; brothers: Jay Lynn Chapman, Ed Chapman, Earl Chapman and Bobby Chapman. Mrs. Williams was a homemaker.
