Terry Dean Clark, age 63 of Paris, passed away Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at his residence. His funeral service will be 1:00 PM Thursday, January 17, 2019 at VanDyke Church of Christ with Randy Stephens and Dusty Stout officiating. Burial will follow in the VanDyke Church of Christ Cemetery. Visitation will be 4:00-8:00 PM Wednesday at McEvoy Funeral Home and after 10:00 AM Thursday at VanDyke Church of Christ.
Pallbearers for Mr. Clark will be Ethan Thompson, Ethan Anderson, Conner Clark, Josh Powell, Adam Powell, and Grant Norwood.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Stan Powell, Jimmy Clendenin, Paul Henry Parker, Gary Hunter, Larry Watson, Dwayne Crews, Wells Tractor Company, and Norwood Farms & Construction.
Terry Dean Clark was born March 9, 1955 in Henry County, Tennessee to the late Herbert Porter Clark and the late Robbie Nell Foy Clark. On February 27, 1976 he married Nancy Parker Clark and she survives in Paris, TN. He is also survived by a daughter, Christy (Reggie) Thompson of Paris; two sons: Jeremy (Jennifer Amburgey) Clark of Buchanan and Chris (Pedro) Fierro of Tampa, FL; three brothers: Charles (Linda) Clark of Paris, Gary (Cynthia) Clark of Mansfield, TN and his twin brother Jerry (Kathy) Clark of Paris; four grandchildren: Ethan Thompson, Allie Thompson, Ethan Anderson, and Conner Clark; mother-in-law, Ruthie Parker; sister-in-law, Tammy Parker Powell; brother-in-law, Michael (Lisa) Parker; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Besides his parents, Mr. Clark was also preceded in death by a brother, Ronnie Clark.
Mr. Clark was a member of VanDyke Church of Christ and he also attended Sulphur Well Church of Christ. He was a longtime employee of Wells Tractor Company; he was a heavy equipment operator for Clenwood Construction Company and Norwood Construction Company. He was owner of Rolling C Farms where he raised and produced cattle. He was an FFA alumnus and he enjoyed hunting and being outdoors. He loved his wife, his family, and his church family. He enjoyed supporting his grandchildren with the Henry County Patriots, Lady Patriots and the Henry County Fair.
