Mr. Terry Pinkston, II age 42 of Murray, Kentucky passed away Friday, February 2, 2024 at his residence. His funeral service will be 2:00 P.M. Monday, February 5, 2024 graveside at Walker Cemetery, conducted by his uncle, Morris Rogers; burial will follow the service. Visitation with the family is scheduled at McEvoy on Monday after 11:00 A.M. until 1:30 P.M. prior to the graveside service at 2:00. Terry Pinkston was born July 6, 1981 in Murray, Kentucky to Ray (Linda) Pinkston of Mayfield, Kentucky and Sylvia (Ira) Greer of Paris, Tennessee. He is survived by his daughter, Lilin Pinkston of Paris; son, Terry Pinkston, III of Mainland China; sisters, Jasmyn Pinkston of Paris and Janet Pinkston of Mayfield; nieces and nephews, JaKya Allen, Jamary Kendall, Elsa Walton, Ryder Pinkston, Raymond Pinkston, and Maddy Bell; also survived by aunts, uncles, other family members and friends. Terry was self taught in music and the arts, including the guitar and other instruments. He earned his 3rd degree Black Belt in Taekwondo and also held a Black Belt in Jiu Jitsu and Tai chi. He participated as an MMA fighter as well as many other sporting competitions. Terry was known to be adventurous, he loved the mountains and being outside in nature.
