Mrs. Thelma Mitchell, age 88, died at her residence on Wednesday, March 3, 2010. Her funeral service will be conducted on Saturday, March 6, 2010 graveside at Maplewood Cemetery at 3:00 P.M.. Visitation will be held on Friday, March 5, 2010 at McEvoy Funeral Home from 4:00 until 7:00 P.M. And after 1:00 on Saturday until 2:30. She is survived by daughters, Susan (Bret) Young, Nashville, TN, and Meg (Harlan) Crawford, Paris, TN, son Robins Mitchell Jr., Houston, TX, sister, Peggy Richardson Faulkner, Memphis, TN, four grandchildren, Kristin (Christopher) Newman, Charleston, SC, Melina Thornhill, San Francisco, CA, Robbins Thornhill, Los Angles, CA, Derk Thornhill, San Francisco, CA. She is preceded by her parents, William an Elizabeth Richardson, husband, Robbins Mitchell they married on February 1, 1942 he preceded on January 29, 2003 they were married for 60 years, she is also preceded by a sister, Norma Jean Gaines, and a brother William Bryan Richardson.
