Graveside service 2:00 P.M. Thursday at Shiloh Cemetery, Bro. Mike Waddy of Cottage Grove Baptist Church will officiate. No visitation is scheduled. Born in Mansfield, TN to the late Luther and Mary Lena Hoffman Cole. On July 23, 1959 he married Maxine Lindsey Cole, she preceded October 20, 2003. Survived by a step-daughter: Patricia Ann Wilkins Wilder, Louisville, KY; son: Thomas R. (Isabella) Cole, Jr., Austin, TX; eleven grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. Preceded by sisters: Hilda Bowden, Ina B. Doty, Judith Lane, Alma Cole, Hallie Dathel Cole; brothers: William Louie Cole, Samuel Cole and Leroy Cole. He was a wholesale electronic salesman, Army Veteran of WWII. Mr. Cole served as a Baptist Pastor off and on throughout much of his life, particularly when he and Maxine lived in the Ozark Mountains of Arkansas.
