Thomas Edward "Tommy" Smith Age: 62 of Paris, TN, passed away Thursday March 10, 2016 at Henry County Medical Center. Funeral service 12:00PM Saturday March 12, 2016 at McEvoy Funeral Home with Bishop James Trull of the Church of Jesus Christ , Gleason, TN officiating, burial will follow at Bevil Cemetery. Named as pallbearers are Michael Smith, Robert Smith, Nate Allen, Tony Allen, Chris Capps and Dougie Wright. Honorary pallbearers will be Peyton Marshall, Austin Marshall, Eric Capps, Tommy Starks and Jacob Scott. Visitation 10:00AM Saturday until service time. He was born November 3, 1953 in Paris, TN to the late O.C. and Wana Fay Singleton Smith. On June 22, 1979 he married Dorothy Scott Smith, she survives, Paris, TN. Survived by a daughter: Barbara "Lindi" Smith, Paris, TN; sons: Ronnie "Jason" (Jacklyn) Smith, Hazel, KY, David Allen (Martha) Smith, Paris, TN; grandchildren: twelve; sisters: three; brothers: five and numerous nieces, nephews, special friends and special neighbors. Preceded by a son: Thomas "Eddie" Smith, Jr.; grandchild: David Smith and a sister: Carolyn Fay Marshall. Tommy enjoyed the outdoors, especially fishing.
